The fees are quoted in Euros and include all taxes. The registration fees include full access to conference activities (sessions, breakfast, lunches, coffee breaks and banquet dinner).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to April 1st 2016 due to illness, death in immediate family or administrative problems of access in France can be refunded. No refund will be given to cancellations received after April 1st 2016. Cancellation notifications should be e-mailed to the conference to
